International Forum for Women in Energy Oil and Gas (WEOG) is a global, nonprofit organization that supports women working across all sectors and subsectors of the energy, oil and gas industry. Through outreach and educational programs, capacity building, career and entrepreneurship development initiatives, mentorship program, leadership training, networking events, advocacies and volunteer opportunities, WEOG helps companies, organizations and nations develop women leaders in the energy, oil and gas sectors.
WEOG brings together professional and business women in the energy industry and fosters their advancement by creating a network of female energy contacts across the entire energy value chain. WEOG members represent a broad range of disciplines and experience levels within energy, oil and gas–focused companies including engineering, sciences, technology, management, law, marketing, communications, technology, finance, regulatory, operations, consulting, business development, academia, and research.
