The Wintershall Dea Women’s Network focuses on issues related to gender diversity. Our main goal is to educate, elevate and empower all women to unlock their full potential. We are driven to foster inclusion and support diversity in order to create a work environment with equal opportunities for all – men and women alike. Our main activities focus on raising awareness about gender equality and inclusion at Wintershall Dea and in the energy industry.
