With the growing concerns around the talent shortage in the Pipeline industry, there’s never been a better time to understand how the industry can both better sell itself to attract young professionals, and also retain them. We’ve carried out research amongst our international industry contacts - including individuals in the YPAC, YPP USA, and YPPE - to really understand what motivates young people to stay engaged with Pipeline careers, the challenges they face when working in the industry, and what attracts them to Pipeline in the first place.
