This presentation provides a deep insight of Leak Detection Systems in Saudi Aramco and international practices. The presentation starts with an introduction of LDS history, overview of technology capabilities and challenges, recent technological advancements and international legislation and practices. Following the introduction, the presentation provides a summary on the Saudi Aramco Pipelines implementation methodology, LDS master Plan, successful LDS implementations along with obtained results. Finally, a summary of current status and future International third-party certification and validation plan are presented, followed by open questions session.
